OUR APPROACH

A considered brief. A clearer direction.

Open-plan lounge, dining setting and kitchen.
From our portfolio: living, dining and kitchen spaces considered together.

Start with how you want to live, then bring the rooms, pieces and practical requirements into focus.

A complete-interiors conversation is most useful when it connects the overall feeling of a home with its everyday use. A room may need a different layout, better storage, new furniture or a wider fit-out. Being clear about that starting point helps define what the project should include.

01 · Begin with the home

Describe the rooms you want to change and how they are used. Note what works, what feels missing and which existing pieces or finishes should remain. Photographs and a floor plan can help when you choose to share them directly.

02 · Set priorities together

Separate essential requirements from ideas you are still exploring. Furniture, joinery, lighting intentions and finishing work should be considered in relation to the whole room. Discuss timing and an indicative budget so the scope can be shaped realistically.

03 · Make the specification clear

Before agreeing to the work, confirm the proposed dimensions, materials, finishes and responsibilities. Clarify the relationship between bespoke pieces and any work by other specialists, along with access, installation and any permissions the project needs.

04 · Confirm the next steps

Ask for the agreed scope, quotation, programme and relevant terms in writing. Any design revisions, production or installation arrangements should follow the confirmed project agreement.

Craft and practicality belong together.

Casa Bella Interiors has its own carpentry and upholstery workshop in Al Quoz. The furniture conversation can therefore sit alongside the wider interiors brief, with the proposed specifications clearly defined for each piece.
