Browsing the portfolio

The portfolio does not use advertising trackers. If you choose to use the consultation form, the section below applies. Analytics runs only if you accept it, as described below. Photographs and fonts are served as part of the website, without embedded social feeds.

Analytics, only with your permission

When you first visit, the website asks whether you accept Google Analytics. Analytics stays off unless you select Accept. If you reject it, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and the pages viewed, and counts when the WhatsApp, telephone or email links are selected. These are counted as contact clicks only. It also counts when the consultation form is sent, without any of its content. The website does not receive the content of any message or call, and it does not send your name, phone number or email address to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses cookies, and Google processes this information under its own terms. Google may use connection information, such as your IP address, to estimate a general location. Google signals and advertising personalisation are turned off.

We save your analytics choice in your browser, and you can change it at any time. If you reject analytics, an essential first-party cookie can also remember that choice for up to one year. It contains no user identifier. If your browser cannot save a choice, we keep analytics off on the current page and show a warning that the choice may not survive leaving it.

We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs passed in our analytics configuration, and use only the referring site’s origin for the referrer field. For approved campaign-tagged links, we retain fixed source, medium, campaign and placement labels to understand where visits come from.

Consultation form

If you send the consultation form on our Contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name and phone or WhatsApp number, and anything else you choose to add, such as your email address, project details, photos or drawings. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.

Your enquiry is stored on our website hosting and our team receives an email notification at info@casabellainteriors.ae. Photos and drawings are kept in a private area of the website that only our team can open; they are not attached to the email.

Enquiries, including any photos or drawings, are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them. To ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, email info@casabellainteriors.ae.

Website operation

Hosting and security services may process technical information when you visit, such as the pages requested and connection information, to deliver and protect the website. Their specific logging and retention arrangements are not described here. Contact us if you have questions about this processing.

Direct contact is your choice

Email, telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links open the relevant service when you select them. The website does not prepare or send a message for you. You choose what to share, and use of those services is governed by their own privacy terms and settings. You can also use the consultation form on our Contact page.
